Lelu Co-op Coffee is produced by over 2,800 smallholder farmers under the Lelu Farmers Co-operative Society in Kericho County, within the Kipkelion region of the Rift Valley. The area’s highland terrain provides ideal conditions for premium Kenyan Arabica.
The coffee grows in rich volcanic and loamy soils at high altitudes, where cool temperatures, consistent rainfall, and a naturally forested climate create a stable environment for developing exceptional beans. This thoughtful cultivation and unique terroir come through clearly in the cup, with bright notes of mango and sweet lime, a clean black tea structure, and gentle nutty undertones that round out the finish.
