Encouraged by the love on our previous drop; Orange Crush, we've taken it further and introduced an even more loved fruit; thandara (tangerine/ mandarin.) This one is co-fermented using a mix of mandarin and orange pulp, letting familiar flavours meet careful process. We taste a very fruit forward coffee; bright acidity and lingering citrus. The coffee sits in the middle between a clean and funky.
We've roasted it light, so you can taste the effort.
