Njeruri Co- Operative - First Take. (Medium Roast)

Excited to be offering this coffee from Embu. What stood out was its honey-like sweetness; and nutty undertones. We're serving it at the cafe, so if you would like to try it before committing to a bag, drop by! 
We have found it goes beautifully as an americano and is a great reminder of the depth of quality Kenyan producers deliver. This co-op brings together over 700 farmers delivering this beautiful coffee.
We've roasted it a few seconds past medium; at a 20% development. It goes extremely well as a filter coffee. If a darker roast is more your thing, check out, Njeruri, our second take on the same coffee, where we've roasted it dark with a development of 24%.
